Stefanie completed her Master's of Social Work degree from the University of Louisville and soon after discovered her passion working with children and teenagers to help improve their mental health. DAWN OAKS
Therapist/Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Dawn completed her Master’s in Social Work degree from the University of Kentucky. After having raised her own children, she now enjoys working with children and youth at risk. An area of specialization for Dawn is work with women who have a history of depression, anxiety, and domestic abuse. She also has a special passion for supporting parents of youth and young adults who identify with the LGBTQ+ community.

I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Campbellsville University. I am a wife and a mom in a blended family with five children.
As a Targeted Case Manager, I am passionate about helping individuals access resources, overcome challenges, and reach their goals.

Christiana Hubbuch
Targeted Case Manager
Christiana graduated from Eastern Kentucky University and Somerset Community College with a dual degree. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Science of Public Health and an Associates Degree in Art. After graduation Christiana began working alongside multiple agencies to assist children and families with services and resources. She has a passion for children and loves each family she serves just like her own. She has been married for 13 years and has 8 children. Her passions and hobbies include her love for her family, riding dirt bikes, cooking & also runs her own business on the side of providing case management services.

Jill graduated from Eastern Ky University with a degree in Psychology with an emphasis in education. Jill has extensive experience in working with teams, schools and all facets of service systems. Jill has developed a passion for supporting families and children in need. Jill is dedicated to creating positive change for families seeking support. She has 29 years of experience helping others.

Christina Fredericksen

HI! My name is Christina. I'm from Eastern Ky and now reside in Central KY with my husband and 2 children, and a lab. I have over 10 years' experience in case management and I'm also a mental health therapist. I have a psychology degree with human services from Walden University, and I have a master's in science of social work from UofL. I love helping clients and families. My motto is everything can be figured out. I thrive in instilling positive change with others and strive to advocate for the vulnerable and help others learn to advocate for themselves. In my spare time I love spending time with my family indoors and outdoors, and on the baseball/basketball/football field and court with my oldest son. I hope I can assist you in the future for all your case management needs.
